Hello everyone. I bought the smartphone Samsung S4 one year ago (Warranty already expired). Since last week I have noticed that after that the battery became hot in my pocket, the battery died after a few hours. Even the whole phone was hot. At home it did charge but after 100 percent the LED light remained red.
So I decided to buy one battery in case. Man, an OEM battery costs a lot here (Mauritius).
After replacing the old battery, the situation is the same, the battery after charging for more than two hours, well, it's 100 percent but the red light remains on and the GREEN LED never lit up. The phone screen and the back is still hot even when phone is off.
Can you please tell me solutions? Does changing the motherboard cost a lot?
Thanking you in advance.
