PLEASE HELP lcd screen cracked not the glass and a small crack on the inside

i cracked my screen on the inside but the glass is not broken the touch screen still works in some places on it is there any way it can be fixed without buying a new one ???? my phone is on i can see some light and i can feel the vibration from me touching the screen but i can not see anything on it

Welcome to Android Central! Does the screen turn on, or does it stay off but still register touch? Screens can be replaced, so you don't necessarily have to buy a new phone. I'd recommend having a qualified technician replace the screen rather than do it yourself, though, unless you have experience with it.

the screen turns on and it does register to touch but only in certain areas

Yeah, you'll need to the get the screen and digitizer replaced. Take it to a local repair shop, or contact a Samsung service center (although the latter will probably be more expensive).
