Please Help! LG intuition Keyboard process restarting

Okay, for about 24 hours now my default LG keyboard process has been frozen in a restarting phase. i have powered off the device, taken sim card out, tried restarting the phone, ive cleared my cache, ive done literally everything short of a factory reset, and i just got this replacement device a week ago, and i would really rather not have to reset it again. to see the process, go to settings, app manager, slide over to running services, and scroll until you see process lg keyboard. my device reads: 0 processes and 1 service, 13 MB, Restarting. ive tried downloading other keyboards from the play store and nothing will work without the default lg keyboard being active. when i click on the lg keyboard application from the running services tab, it says o processes and 1 sevice, 0.00B Restarting. when i click on settings from there it brings up the language and input settings. my google voice typing is checked and bold printed, with automatic under it. Lg keyboard is checked but it is gray in color and i am unable to select it. i can go to the settings but it times out and goes back to the previous screen before i can check anything. please help, i have had nothing but trouble with this phone, and to get a replacement device and have the main keyboard function stop after a week is pathetic. please help.

That sounds like an obnoxious problem. Did you ever get it to work? I'm guessing that you did not get the jellybean update. My phone didn't run very well until the update.
