Please help me find the most current APN settings for a Straight Talk Verizon SIM?

Please help me find the most current APN settings for Straightalk Verizon SIM.

Using a Verizon Note 4 fresh out of box and activated on Straightalk's Verizon SIM card. No settings for MMS, just have phone and internet set up and working. Also looking for way to get the Hotspot to work.

Update: I found that Foxfi is working and probably won't be an issue. Was told that CDMA APNS automatically change when Sim card is changed. GSM APNs can be modified if I need to put in a GSM sim to use a different provider to save money in foreign countries.
