Please Help - Microsoft Teams App On Samsung Galaxy Tab Keeps Uninstalling

Hi all and thank you for welcoming me to the community.

My Son has a Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e

Model SM-T720
One UI 2.1
Android 10

The tablet was recently reset to factory settings.

My Son needs the App "Microsoft Teams" for home school learning.

Every time I install in, after a while, may a few seconds, maybe a few minutes it keeps uninstalling itself.

I know because when I go into the google plat store to find the app the "install" button is there as opposed to "open"

It's as if someone has remote access and doing this deliberately as a joke.

I have NO unauthorized apps downloaded on this device other than from the google play store.

The app is installed on the device and not an SD card.

Please can you help

There's not much that can be done until Microsoft sort out the app. If you read the reviews on Play Store you will see you are not alone.

Welcome to Android Central! Is this your own tablet, or was it provided by someone else (e.g., a school, or perhaps a workplace)? If so, it could have mobile device management software installed that prevents unauthorized apps from being installed (or remaining installed).
