The photo above is what is currently showing on the screen of my Note 4.
I'll start at the beginning...
About a month ago my Note 4 started really slowing down. To the stage where it would crash and restart. I performed a factory reset incase this was the cause of a dodgy app. This didn't change anything, the phone started to act up again and then proceeded to the stage of not turning on at all. However, out of curiosity, I plugged it into the charger again today and this popped up on the screen (The photo before mentioned above). Does this mean I might still be able to save my Note 4? What should I do? I can confirm that the battery, the wall charger and the cable itself are all working fine as they are all brand new. Your help would be incredibly appreciated. I can't afford a new phone and I would very much like to keep this phone if I can because it's been amazing up until now. Thank you!
