Please Help!! Phone not starting

Hi,

I have a unrooted Nexus S which was giving some problems when connecting the usb to PC. I tried wiping but that did not fix the issue.
Next I tried to go into fastboot to try and reboot the phone from there. However the phone hung for a little while and then powered off. Now its not starting on at all.

Could be a defective phone? Try exchanging it if you're within your 30 day Best Buy exchange period, or call up Samsung warranty (it's 1 year I believe).

Try plugging in your phone to the wall charger, wait a few moments and then power up your device. Maybe your battery doesn't have any charge left.
