Hmmm.....I don't know what it is but let me see if I can get others to chime in.

Is there a notification in the shade when you pull it down?

I haven't seen that one before, but you can boot into Safe mode http://support.verizonwireless.com/support/devices/knowledge_base.html/59242 to find out if a 3rd party app is causing it. If you don't see the icon after booting into Safe mode then you know that it's an app that you installed. Then it's time to make an educated guess and start uninstalling apps until it goes away.

You need to make a video call, or want to clear the icon?

both....because untill the icon is there we cant make any video call . the sign of video call is crossed that means we are not able or supported to make the video call. any both are synonyms of eachother.so help me to do any one...thanks

I am not sure what to suggest to fix this. Have you tried Hangouts?

Does your carrier support Wi-Fi calling?

Or is that a 3rd party app that includes video calls (like Skype)? If so, what's the name of the app (please include a link to the Google Play Store)?

Are you trying to make these calls on Wi-Fi or have you tried a mobile data connection?

Other than this calling issue, does your Wi-Fi work fine for everything else?
