Please help. When signing into YouTube on Chrome on note 3 it made a new YouTube account using my go

Now it doesn't by default log into my original name that was always associated with my google account. It said I have 14 days to undo. This is annoying. How do I undo this change.

Log into YouTube in a desktop browser and you can revert back.

It said temporarily revert back. I'm assuming this is the option. It erased itself off my devices. Only thing now is when I go to switch account only on the desktop there's a new account with the same user name that's Google+. Seems like that's unerasable. Is this my original google+ account. It has the same name as my YouTube channel but has that little gift icon to represent Google plus as its pic and when I select it says it's my first time using that channel and I can connect it with Google+ I want that account to disappear. I don't even like the fact that there an unused channel that I possibly made.
