Please HELP!

so i got an update from verizon on my fascinate today and after i accepted it it loaded it then restarted the phone but wouldnt go past the logo screen. i tried taking battery out and pluging the phone into charger and nothing worked, so i tried holding all the buttons and now my phone is stuck on the system recovery screen and i cant move the cursor with the vol up/down keys. what do i do? i need to be able to use my phone asap, its a busniess and personal phone... someone please help me !!

I share your pain, and your experience. You have two choices - 1) use Odin to flash the stock EH03 update found here | http://forums.androidcentral.com/ve...ota-update-eh03-now-stuck-samsung-screen.html | 2) Call VZ and have them send you a new phone.
