Hello everyone
I just purchased an HTC One, actually swapped over from the Samsung GS4. Anyways, I'd like to hear peoples take on my battery's life.
It's been 4 days, and 5-6 times recharged, so hopefully it's settling in.
I usually unplug it from an overnight charge at 7:00 AM, and by the end of my day at around 5:00 it's down to 10%. So that's about 10 hours of checking text messages, streaming Pandora, watching YouTube, playing a turn by turn game, checking email, taking a few pictures, browsing websites, checking Facebook, and chatting on group messagin app.
Of course not all of it happening at the same time or through out the 10 hour period.
I probably get 2 texts per hour, stream music for a good total of 2 hours, watch Youtube a total of 1 hour, taking 5-10 pictures, checking FB/Websites a total of 1 hour, and keeping up with group messaging app.
I have Auto Sync off, Auto Brightness off, email is checked manually, kill tasks as often as possible, headphones used when watching/listening (not the using the dual speakers). I also turn off Mobile Data when I'm connected to wifi, and vice versa. GPS/Bluetooth are also turned off, when not used.
So how would you rate my battery?
I've also started using Snap Dragon Battery Guru...but it's still learning.
