Hi everyone.

I found this place while (still unsuccessfully) trying to root my LG Optimus V to develop on it.
I became a quick fan of Android after finally trying it in a cheap 7" tablet (which I still like very much) and then an Asus Transformer tablet.
I'm impressed with every aspect of Android OS, from interface to the ease of actually working with it to develop, coming off iOS. I first was drawn to the idea of mobile computing with Palm and PocketPC, which are probably still thriving (no, not really), and I really love where iOS and moreso Android took the concept.

TL;DR - hope to see you around, so to speak.
