please why is my phone itel-p51 not swiping to enable me have acces and how do i resolve the issue?

Welcome to Android Central! Does the screen respond to touch at all? If not, then the touchscreen has probably failed. Bring it to a repair shop.

If you have a screen protector on, try taking it off.
