PMP Cert Application for Android

A friend of mine is interested in an EVO, but he is going for his PMP certification (project management) and heard there was a nice app for the iPhone. Does anyone know of an app like this an Android? I've looked around and can't find one. Maybe someone knows if one is coming? This is likely a deal-breaker for him, so I hope one can be found. Hell, Blackberry has one.
