Poblem with Samsung galaxy S4 19505

i upgraded firmware to 4.3 jelly bean. since than whenever i tried to make phone calls , my phone restart. some time it restart twice. please let me know if some has solution of this problem.

Just try a factory reset, after updating to new so it is always best to do a factory reset your phone as this sorts out the bugs and luging on the phone.

is the battery swollen? because mine also experienced kind of problem but when i tried to change the battery to a new one, the problem is now gone.

clean system cache . does not solve issue. tried factory reset . problem still there. checked battery temperature . average 24 c . will buy new battery tomorrow. it may help.

battery replaced, new battery but problem still there, even getting worse, restarting every time when i tried to make phone calls . now it restarts even i start watching recorded or live videos, Any idea,

There have been A LOT of complaints about problems with the 4.3 update for the S4. You could either wait for Samsung to come out with a fix, or try downgrading back to 4.2.2 using these instructions: Guide to Downgrade Firmware on Samsung Galaxy Devices. I don't have experience with it, so I can't really give you any more details. Good luck!
