Pocket, hip holster or hand - how do you carry your X?

I'm coming from a Droid Razr MAXX, which was big for its day. I can carry that one in my pocket most of the time.

The X 2014 is a little bigger. How do you like to carry yours?

I did use a case with a clip in the past, but in my pocket it was way to big. Without having it in my pocket or on me, I tend to leave it behind if I'm not paying attention...

I'm waiting on my Moto X but I have a Nexus 5 which is nearly the same size and don't have any issue with it in my pocket. I had the Note 4 briefly and it was a little big for my pocket. I don't think the X will be an issue.

Pocket. I use a holster-type case when I'm at the dog park on weekends, but otherwise it fits just fine in my pocket.

Pocket. Or in my hand. Easily the best built android phone I've ever owned. I love just holding it.

I have a neoprene belt case that I've been carrying my phones around in for, umm, well, let's just say I bought it to accommodate my PalmPilot IIIc. Nice thick neoprene material, has a velcro-down flap that means I don't have to worry about getting my devices wet, and it's big enough to even have accommodated my LG Optimus G Pro with a rubber band to hold the flap shut. The neoprene is so thick it protected my Blackberry from a 3-story fall onto concrete once.

I'd really love to replace it since the neoprene is going gray and the ballistic nylon on the flap is worn. I bought it before Gmail existed I don't have my receipt, and the tag that holds the company name wore away a decade or more ago, so I can't figure out who makes something similar.

Someday I'm going to get some leather and spend some time making a good holster to replace it.

Holster. Every phone I've had since my StarTac. I have too much stuff in my pockets and wear jeans 99% of the time including work.

Lots of "pocket" responses. I don't think it is much bigger than my MAXX, and I should know in about 3 hours...

Pocket. I have two cases an i-Blason and a case mate gelli.

I like the feel and hate to have a case on it.
