Polar Clock is making me mad :[

Alright it's been a while since I have been enjoying my EVO but for crying out loud I can't understand the POAR CLOCK wallpaper ... I assume the the outer three circles represent sec, min and hour and the inner two represent date and month.
Well whenever I set this wallpaper it doesn't display the correct hour. I can't figure out why ... if it's 07:00 A.M the third circle (hour) display 02:00 instead.

It's so frustrating ... I really like the wallpaper to work properly ... Any suggestion ...?

I have never used this clock (only looked at it) and I think that the hour ring is a 24 hour ring (almost like military time) if that makes sense.

BUMP BUMP BUMP ... Come on guys ... If you don't have any suggestion at least tell me that if YOUR POLAR CLOCK is accurate ? Am I being the only one with this problem ?
