I feel most issues are manufacturer specific rather than carrier specific; most, certainly not all. Having seperate forums for carriers would be an annoyance for me, as I'd feel the need to dig through all of them rather than just one. This is just my opinion.

However, it might be productive for people to post their carrier along with whatever question, comment, or concern they are posting about.

Why do people want carrier specific forums? I'd like to know.

I just went back, I don't want to browse 9 Sub-Forums like for the S3.

Ok, what does a TM user get from a sub dealing with rooting and flashing roms on a Sprint device he/she can't get in a TM FORUM? A brick. I see it everyday. I could go on and on. People get confused.

If a user is afraid of missing info it's easy to look at any carrier forum. Much easier than digging through page after page of irrelevant threads.
I've done both. I'd rather look at threads dealing with my device and not have to crack open AT&T stuff. Waste of time.

Carrier in the title would work for me but many folks just wouldn't do it... Leading to more confusion.
