Poor GPS accuracy

My phone seems to have a very difficult time locking down my location. If I choose "High Accuracy" under the location tab (used WiFi and cellular networks along with GPS to determine your position), it can be as much as 5 miles off from where I really am. It's never closer than 3/4 mile. If I choose GPS on this device only, it locates me in the corner of my back yard when I'm in my house (about 75'inaccurate) whereas my Droid MAXX would be within 1 or 2 feet.
