I am normally just a reader, but I wanted get some other people's thoughts on the wifi receiver on the Logitech Revue. No matter what I seem to do, I have only one signal bar. I wrote Logitech, and after 4 emails or so, they finally just said the unit has a weak wifi receiver. I love this thing, but man, I have bootlegs that look better than this thing can stream. For what its worth, I have 4 other devices in the same room that use the same router and all receive better signals. Anything anyone has done anything to boost their signal.

I have my revue box about 10 feet away from my wireless g router. I only have 3/4 bars for signal reception, but I havent run into any video quality issues. Streams from my windows 7 machine via tversity & windows media server just fine.

My streaming seems to be okay from my computer. But when using the Amazon on demand, it sucks. That's a huge feature for my wife and I. I guess too, though as good as their customer service was to responding quickly, the last thing they said was to move the router closer because the revue was weak at receiving the signal. Did they just say that? It only 20ft away!?

My Revue only shows one bar but I haven't had any problems with streaming quality. Vimeo, Netflix, Crackle, and CNET all look good. Vimeo especially looks outstanding!

BUT, I did have major wi-fi problems when switching to a new wireless N router. My first Revue would crash and reboot continuously! I sent it back to Amazon before discovering that the second Revue (purchased locally) did the exact same thing. I narrowed the problem to the new router and was able to get stable operation by messing with the wi-fi settings on the router. No crashes since then.
