Poor Wifi

My WiFi has gone to crap lately. I want to say i use to not have such an issue with receive signal on it but here lately It wont be full strength unless Im within 15ft of the router. Up stairs in my bedroom I barely get 1 maybe 2 bars while my wife has full strength. Anyone else have this issue?

Get the app Wifi Analyzer. It'll show your signal strength and what other networks you are competing with. You might get a boost by switching channels.

That would work if my wifes Thunderbolt wasnt getting great signal strength. If it was interference both phones would react the same.

Yeah, the wifi range just kinda blows with this handset. I get terrible reception upstairs as well, and I have hi-gain antennas on the AP. I can put my incredible on the dresser next to me Nexus, connected to the same AP, and the Incredible will have much stronger signal.

Not like I can't live with it. Doesn't even really bother me. It just "is."
