Pop up message unknown source.

I got a pop up across the center of my screen when I opened Samsung browser today. It said " Thank you for your feedback". It was bang in the middle across the whole width of the screen.

I don't think it's a toast message since normally appear in the bottom of the screen. Can anyone shed some light on where this could be originating from please? I hadn't use an app or anything when this happened. Second time this has occured since Oreo update. But I don't remember if the first time if it had occured when launching Samsung browser.

Edit. I ran a malware bytes and AvG to no avail. Also checked dev options for running apps and cache.
