Pop up reminders?

Is there any setting on the native Calendar or Touchdown to do Pop Up reminders?

Both programs only put a little flag in the notification bar on the top of the phone and I keep missing stuff since i don't pay attention to that enough. I'm looking for something like my Blackberry (or even my iPod Touch) did where the reminder Popped up over the home screen and I would have to acknowledge it by hitting snooze or whatever to get rid of it.

Is there some setting out there, or an Market application that can do this for the DInc?

I don't see a 'Jorte' calender in the Market. Is it called something else?

And does it do the reminder pop-ups?
