I keep getting these pop ups saying samsung app has stopped working or google has stopped working. Whats going on??

Software glitches as I said,
Take them easy, a factory reset might help, too.

Thank you, is there anyway to do this without loosing all my stuff?

Restart helped me. My phone was showing a pop up saying DCM provider stopped, and after I restarted my phone , they're gone

No, a factory data restore will wipe the device and put it back to a new out of the box state. But you can wipe the cache partition without losing any data and in many cases it will clear up issues like you're describing. Here's how:

To wipe the cache partition, follow these steps:

Turn off the device.
Press and hold the following three buttons at the same time:
Volume Up key
Home key
Power key
When the phone vibrates, let go of the Power key but continue to press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key.
When the Android System Recovery screen appears, release the Volume Up and Home keys.
Press the Volume Down key to highlight 'wipe cache partition.'
Press the Power key to select.
When the wipe cache partition is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device.
