Hi, I'm Patty, I need some major help please. I have the Samsung S8+, I love it but when I unlock my phone the Google play store comes up and then ads. It's is very annoying. I have scanned it and uninstalled all the apps it said was potentially causing it, then restarted my phone... but its still doing it!! Can anyone please help!

Nowadays get rid of Ads isn't easy task n' disable GooglePlay Store
is Not recommended, if you don't have an Ad-Blocker install-1
like uBlock origin or Adblock browser it may stop Ads

I moved this from the Intros forum to the General Help forum, since your main purpose is to ask a question.

You most likely haven't uninstalled the culprit app yet. You might have to uninstall a lot of apps until you figure out the culprit -- or approach it the other way by doing a factory reset, then reinstalling apps one by one.
