This is called paranoid Android. It's based off cm9 but it is like a tablets cm9. Not an easy port I know but it gives something to look at. It looks nearly impossible to port.

I think it us safe to say, once thekraven has ics fully up and running a slue of ics roms become possible. I would like to see gummy rom and aokp on the optimus s

Not likely. Honeycomb source wasn't ever released in its complete form. Also, it was never built for phones.

IMO ICS is what honeycomb should have been.

Drew's right it was built specifically for tablets. Although it would have been nice in my opinion to see honeycomb successfully ported to an android handset before ics was released ofcourse.
