Porting Trouble

So long story short I ported my Verizon number over to my T-Mobile account and it says it is successful... however I still don't receive calls nor can I receive text messages but I can make them... Help!

You have to reboot for the phone to recognize the new number. Did you do that yet?

The full porting process usually takes up to 2 business days. During that time both phones will be considered active until the old one completely does not work. If that is the case and your new phone still doesn't work, you need to contact T-Mobile.
