Now that we have KitKat, on the lock screen there is a fixed icon for Camera...
Is there also a possibility to put an extra icon next to it?
(without having to swipe to another lock screen)

You need to swipe in order to get to the Camera too, but as far as I'm concerned there is no possiblity to get shortcuts in the navigation bar in the lockscreen (yet..?).

You'll need AOKP Ribbon feature for that. Or CyanogenMod's Slider shortcuts.
Find a widget that have the ability to add shortcuts to it or some quick launch feature.

I never quite understood why google first placed the camera into the unlock circle and never opened it up to set other directions of the circle to open other apps. Then with jelly bean they took the camera out of that and it was a swipe away. Now the circle doesn't open anything and the camera has its own button. They are cluttering the lock screen and ignoring what I think was a better choice (the unlock circle)
