hello, i was wondering if anyone has any knowledge about the fact my dads play store randomly one day started to be labeled as line one and two and it says play store 1 2 when you open it it ask for you'r credit card information i have already tried to restore to factory settings and it went back to being like that again

i'm not exactly sure.. because i was gone for awhile when my dad got the "malware" he doesnt even know how he really got it, thought its messing up the whole phones its self you cant really call or text because the phone will just start to not respond
