You didn't think we'd leave you hanging, did you? After all these weeks, the speculation and anticipation is finally coming to a close. Multiple sources speaking to RootzWiki have confirmed that the CDMA Galaxy Nexus is set to land on American soil this Friday, December 9th. About damn time, we say!
The following documents were leaked to us by an authorized Verizon retailer which nod their head rather suggestively towards December 9th as the day that the Galaxy Nexus will land in stores throughout the country:
As you can see, stores will begin receiving shipments of the device on December 6th (among those that haven't already), with the grand launch day taking place December 9th. RootzWiki spoke to independent sources confirming the date.
With retailers gearing up for the device with accessories and whatnot, it's no surprise that the device is ready to land. What is surprising is that it took this long to begin with. Still, with Verizon devices delayed as they as they are wont to do (we're looking at you, Thunderbolt), it's best to take any rumor with a hefty grain of salt, no matter how certain it may seem.
So what about you? Are you still waiting for a Verizon Galaxy Nexus? Or are you throwing you chips in on the GSM versions?
