Possible S8 stutter/lag fix

I found this on XDA so I take no credit. While I did have the notification stutter here & there this did fix it & sped the phone up.

Go to App Manager -> Overflow button (3 dots top right corner) -> Special Access -> Draw over other apps.

After you've done this, restart the phone. Once it's back on. Some of the apps may ask to be turned back on. Turn only the ones u want on.

I've been testing this for a few hrs & it's definitely a hell of a lot better.

Once I have lag on my S8, I'll be sure to try this.

Wow lag? My S8 plus has never lagged at all. It the fastest device to date for me.
