I have an Lg g4, i have had it for about a week. I haven't dropped it, but for some reason i keep getting green pixels, and some other colors appearing vertically across my screen. i have tried restarting, but nothing seems to work. it doesn't make sense for it to be physical damage because when i turn the screen off, there's a split second where i can see my screen, and it's completely normal. What should i do?

If you take a screenshot (while the colors are on the screen), do they show on the picture when viewed at a different device or computer? If it does, then it's a software issue. But if it doesn't, then it's most likely a hardware issue. It might go away when you turn it off or as it's turning on like you mention, but when it 'heats up' the display driver or display panel might be damaged. It can also be a loose connector.

The first thing I would recommend is to backup all your data, then do a factory reset, and then let us know the results.
