Possible to Disable Mobile Data Off Toast?

It drives me nuts whenever Android or the carrier (not sure which) decides the user of the phone has no clue what turning off mobile data does. Apparently, they think we are all stupid and want to remind us of that every single time we turn off data. Does anyone know of a way to stop this toast from popping up every time I turn off data?

Maybe I'm the only one of all of N8 users that turns off mobile data and/or that gets this popup? Around 100 views of this thread and no ideas?

I'm guessing it's a carrier thing but not sure. Maybe some could chime in if you get the same thing when disabling data on your device and say what network you are on. I'm on Verizon, non-unlocked phone.

I'm on Verizon non-unlocked note8 and I get it. I've been getting it on bout every phone I have. I wish there was a option in that message to check a box saying don't show again. Don't think there is an option to turn it off.

I'd like to have a solution for this also. I am going completely N U T S with this as I basically disabled almost all of my app's data access to save on data and void them always try to go online to fetch ads and useless updates. Now I need to watch these toasts 100 times a day like EVERY TIME I launch ANY app.. going totally up a wall. Still no know solution?

I am thinking on trying a workaround by enabling all app's data access back again and then installing a Firewall so they can't actually access the network. Since I am rooted I thinking on using something like AFWall+ that is rated as one of the best firewall apps available. Anyone has tried this before as a possible solution for this?
