Possible To Lock "Edge Panel Handle"?

Hi all, Just got my Galaxy S10+ and was wondering if there is any way to lock the "Edge Panel Handle" in place? I know it can be moved around but sometimes when I swipe it, it will move to a different location, usually the other side. Very frustrating. Thanks in advance.

In edge panel settings uncheck move panel around

Thanks for your quick review but I have looked everywhere and can't find the setting that you are saying. I found the settings for the edge panel but don't see "move panel around". Thanks again

I think I may have just stumbled on it. It is in the settings like you said under "Edge panel handle" and it is called "Move from any screen". I unchecked that and so far so good. Thanks again for getting me in the right area.
