From REAL Samsung owners, how is this company and their phones? How are OS and security updates?

Phones are top notch. Samsung has become very good with keeping pace with the latest google security updates. The OS has recently been upgraded to the latest for a lot of their recent phones. So as of 2021, you won't have to worry about timely OS or google updates.

Samsung has the best displays in the industry - even Apple uses them. So for a device that is mainly a screen, it's pretty tough to beat IMO. Also, updates are excellent now (3 OS updates, 4 years security patches) if you stick with Galaxy S, A, Fold, Z, or Note phones, 2019 and newer.

I appreciate your replies. The big toss up for me to upgrade my Xiaomi, are Oneplus 9 and Samsung A52 5g. That A52 is absolutely beautiful and powerful for the price.

Security updates really good , OS could be better but been improved from last couple years

Nice thank you. Definitely leaning towards the A52 5g. I JUST heard Samsung is going to give 4 years of updates. That's AMAZING.

I haven't heard, but yes 4 years pretty good !

I'm a person who keeps his phones and pc's for a long time. Take good care of them and only upgrade when needed. So 4 years is perfect.
