Post 4.3 - Apps wont update

Hi All, has anyone come across an issue with apps not being able to update after updating to 4.3? No matter the app, it says it cant be downloaded due to an error. Any one see this?

Did you attempt the Google Services clear data/clear cache trick to try to get the update?
If so then this thread will help you solve the problem:

Remove Google account and then re-enter it.
