I've had them all. Using a Sony makes you feel more like a photographer. I love their natural rendition and the versatility of the camera. Learn to use it and you will be rewarded with classleading results.

Yeah . I have , in part , avoided them as I'm a canon user. 25 years of EOS use. Sony alpha controls and partnership would be foreign to me.

Only a matter of time though. I'll give in eventually. Been bidding on some second hand Honor 5 pros to play with, might get a 1 V instead ( fecking stupid naming convention )

There was news yesterday that there might be a collaboration between Canon and a major smartphone manufacturer. I hope it happens.

Sony's smartphone naming is not bad. If someone is in the Sony's cameras they feel at home. It is pronounced as "Sony Xperia one mark5". I love the naming as I own Sony A7C (moved from Nikon, 3 years back).

Beautiful! But after watching the Colin Farrell/Brendan Gleeson movie "In Bruges" a while ago, I can't help but think "f***in' Bruges!" every time the city is mentioned! (It's a great movie -- see it if you haven't!)

Pictures of the fence that I'm building in our backyard. I'm about 60% done. I've got another 10 posts to set in concrete, then I can start putting in the rest of the panels and hang the gate. I'm guessing I'll be able to finish it next weekend, depending on the weather. This weekend has been perfect here in Michigan. Last weekend, it rained which made working in the mud hell.
