I am having trouble posting a picture to the forum. I click on the paperclip and I get a window with a bunch of choose file buttons and I cant select them. Tryi.g from my TB phone using stock browser.

That's not a forum related issue, it's a browser limitation on the phone itself.

Take a look at TapATalk app. It makes forums a lot easier to work with. Also, when posting pictures to the forums, they should be uploaded somewhere first. Photobucket works rather nicely. Look at the 1st post in this thread for additional suggestions on that topic:
