I wrote to HTC about this issue.....in "Accessibility" you have an option to end phone call with hard press power button.....what HTC fails is: while on a phone call (e.g., long waiting hold) the screen went to sleep "black blank space" and to wake up phone one must and ONLY push on the power button....this will wake up phone but also "end your phone call"...there is no option to wake up phone while on a call if your phone turn blank.....any one has another suggestion to do this without using the power button?

When in a call, as soon as you pull the phone away from your head the screen should turn back on. I haven't made to many calls yet but I have not had a problem with the screen not turning on to end the call with the on screen button.

Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 2.

thanks for the reply....but if you using a bluetooth or in car bluetooth (which I do)......phone is no where near your ear.

This seems like a specific use case HTC wouldn't have addressed because, generally, accessibility is for people with poor vision who may not be able to see where the end call button is for example. Someone like that probably wouldn't be driving.
