Power button not working

About a week ago the power button on my Tab S 10.5 stopped working. I've tried doing the following to fix it:

-A hard reset (tablet didn't do anything despite holding the buttons for a long time)
-Removed and reconnected the battery
-Replaced the power and volume buttons

At this point, the tablet won't even turn on since it powered off when the battery disconnected...so it's basically a brick at this point. However it still does charge.

Does anyone have any other ideas what to try?

You should consult with your carrier or with the store where you purchased your phone from and find out what your options are – whether you can get a replacement or have your unit serviced. Or if you're a DIY kind of person, feel free to check if Ifixit has a teardown of your model and if repairing it is easy. A power button spare part should cost no more than a few bucks on eBay. Just don't forget that opening your phone will void its warranty, if it has one.
