So I have a Samsung Captivate running Illuminance 3.0 UCKK4 and recently I'vee seen that I have been unable to press the power button to turn off the screen.
When I barely touch it or my finger or anything brushes against the button I may see the power off menu pop up. Sometimes the screen will turn off, but when I actually click the button it doesn't work. The screen is still on.
I am now paranoid, very afraid to allow the screen to turn off or to do a battery pull because I don't know if I'll be able to turn it back on. Could someone help me with this, please?
