Power button stuck on

My N5 ( completely stock) is stuck boot looping. It powers on shows Google and reboots over again. If you enter into fastboot, it kicks out immediately. It's like the power button is stuck on.

Anyone else seen this?

Rang Google and they had no idea, weirdly while on the phone the nexus booted, but had no WiFi. It had 50% battery, put it on the charger and it boot looped again. Can't get can't it to boot anymore.

They are sending a new one out.
