Power Save Mode/Cloud Print

I've discovered that when in power save mode it seems to disable my cloud print. Does anyone know a way to stop that from happening and not having to turn power save mode off and then printing it then turning it back on?

I've also noticed several other apps that are locked out even when you open them when power saver is on. For example Google now doesn't update when opened. Facebook also. Very frustrating.
