It wont let me turn it on unless I'm over 30 percent ..understandable lol
At thirty percent it doesn't buy you much because it would equalize at 15 percent assuming you gave away half your charge.
I would use that feature sparingly anyway because over time it will diminish your battery capacity if used frequently.
It works, but I can't get it to charge my Gear S2 because it won't lie flat to the phone. I guess it's more for the pods. Neat feature, but I honestly doubt I'll use it much.

Well you're discharging the battery so however many charge cycles that adds up to. Not a concern unless you were charging someone's phone frequently. Remember it will only charge till it reaches about 1/2 of what starts out with or the low cutoff point.
I don't think the Gear S2 can charge via qi anyways right?
