Poweramp app and isyncr app issues

I'm having issues on my Pixel 4 XL with both these apps.

Seems isyncr syncs all the chosen music, but neither Poweramp or Rocket Player see the play lists and when I look to see what's sync'd, it seems to be that only certain playlists are sync'd, even though I've selected them all on my imac.

My imac is up to date, I've got the latest apps on the 4XL and all the tracks are downloaded on my Mac etc

Never had this issue before on a previous Note 20 Ultra, Samsung A71 and Note 10 Plus before that!

Cheers for any help/advice

While you're waiting for advice here, it's also worth sending an email to those developers to see if they're aware of this issue.

Maybe PowerAmp and Rocket Player are looking in a different storage location? I used both years back and vaguely recall that there might be an option in the player or iSyncr apps to specify or set the storage location where music resides. For example, are there files in the phones Internal storage\Music folder rather than Internal storage\iSyncr or similar?

I had problems with poweramp about a month ago, but now it is working ok. It appeared to go out of sync after the Nov sec was loaded. Now it is working ok.
I would suggest what "TREES suggested, go to poweranp and open, then three bars on the bottom right of the screen, settings, Library, Music Folders and make sure MUSIC - Pixel 4(XL) is picked. That might be a starting place just to make sure poweramp is looking at the correct folder.

Thanks folks.

It's sorted itself out now. Uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times and now it's all fine.

I tried to get it to point to the storage but it made no difference.

It would be fine as soon as I installed it but I'd go back to it later and it'd lost its sync again.

Will keep my eyes on it
