PowerAmp on the GN.

So I gave up on PowerAmp shortly after I got my GN. After having a ton of issues trying to drag and drop music onto it I gave up and switched to Google Music. Uploaded all my songs and then made them all available offline(I prefer them stored locally instead of streaming).

Anyway, making them available offline didn't pull the tag info along with it and now PowerAmp is a royal unusable mess. Google Music seems to handle them ok but when I open PA there is no song info. I just prefer PA over GM. Any suggestions?

Strange, I'm using the paid version of PowerAmp on my GN and I love it! Works perfectly for me as I use it in my car via bluetooth to the car's sound system. Sounds like you might have other issues such as a conflicting app or something like that going on. Good luck fixing it as PowerAmp is a very nice app.

Interesting...my experience with Poweramp has been completely opposite. After copying my songs from my PC via USB, PA automatically indexed them using the song tags. What's cool about PA is that you have the option to delete the whole index and rescan your Music folder if something isn't right. Could you elaborate on the problems you're having?

I'm with them, I have no issue with PA either.
