Powerbank not charging

Hi! Need some help. My powerbanks keeps on blinking its lights when charging and it seems like its not charging itself. Thank you!

Have you contacted the manufacturer’s customer support?

Have you left it connected to the charger overnight? Remember, a charger putting out 2 Amps will take about 6-7 hours to charge a 10,000mAh powerbank, more if the cable is thin.
