How's often do you guys power off and reboot your phone. I do it at least every 3 days, just to keep everything fresh. Just trying to get a feel for what everyone does. I haven't really read anything about this and I'm curious if I should be doing it more often or if it's bad for the phone.

I pretty much reboot only if I'm flashing a ROM or some other customization. Before I flashed a custom ROM, I probably didn't reboot even once a month.

I reboot and swap out extended batteries once a week. I delete unused apps one a month. Clear cache every couple of days.

What?! ...I'm msndrstood.

I clear the cache and reboot every morning as part of my normal morning routine. I like starting the day with a"fresh" phone.

I restart my note 2 every day when my battery reaches 15% i turn it off, plug in my other fully charged extra battery pack, and place the empty one on the charger.
I empty cache memory whenever needed (using the App Cache Cleaner Widget) it shows you how many MB is in the cache and clears it with a click of a button which i do whenever its orange or red.
and u usually close opened apps about 4-5 times a day.

I reboot every morning. If I don't my phone he's noticeably laggy later in the day. It's pretty annoying.

Where did you get the extended battery and how do you change it?

To answer the OP, every time apps get updated.

I get extended batteries from either eBay or Amazon. I only buy phones with removable batteries. In this thread I was referring to the Gnex. Since then I've had a Note 2 and now a Note 3, I do the same with both of them as well.
