I pre-ordered Note8 with Gear 360 in August. They shipped it in Sept. But the Gear 360 was faulty (confirmed by their technician over phone). So they sent me shipping to return the faulty device and since Oct 3 they have been working to send me a "promo-code" so I can order a new Gear 360. It is now mid-December and they still do not know when they can send the "promo-code".
I would like to know if I am one of the odd ducks or if many are facing the same issue? More like is this common with Samsung?
