I placed two orders initially, one for 10+ and another for 10 and both got the additional $50 instead of $150 and $100 respectively.
In my shop Samsung app, I can still place a new order today with the same $200 credit. So at least it works for me on the shop Samsung app logged in with the same email that was used to reserve the Note 10.
Ask first (samsung.com chat). The extra 50 bucks was, to the best of my knowledge, for reserved pre-orders. If you cancel your original order and order another one now, you might lose on those extra 50 dollars.
In 200 credit, if we order only a case or something, is the balance deposited to your account at a later time?

must be used at the time of purchase; using the Samsung Digital Coupon Code (Samsung Credit)
as payment for an order with a value of less than Gift value will result in the forfeiture of any
amount in excess of the value of the order. Samsung Digital Coupon Code (Samsung Credit)
may only be used to pay for the products being purchased, and may not be used to pay

Someone told me that the wording is tricky, but the 150 credit, if unused right away, will be sent out as a digital voucher for later use. HOWEVER, the credit is a one-time-use only, so if not used entirely, the balance is not kept for later use.
This from Samsung's promotion terms.

Even after getting the voucher it'll be again one time use. Use everything or lose the remaining. See my order, it says one time use and also based on previous Samsung.com gift coupons it'll be use it or lose it.Thanks. I also confirmed with Samsung rep. that any unused amount is lost. If not using all $200, I think its better to get the voucher.
